Maybe, but probably not. Depends on how the water freezes. If it happens
to freeze first at the ends of a run then the middle, its certain that
the middle of the run will split because the frozen ends won't allow the
pressure to be relieved even through the faucets are open. Now I'm
thinking that the water in a pipe will automatically freeze first at the
ends because there's only water on one side to slow the temperature
change. Just like water in a bowl freezes a film on top first.

In a fixed house with a propensity to freeze water lines, leaving the
faucets open keeps the water moving and so keeps warming up the water in
the cold pipe to SLOW freezing, but doesn't always succeed. Its the
FLOWING that works, not the pressure relief of the open faucet. There's
no such flow available in the stored RV.
