Hunter, if you are going to head on over to Flag, think about taking the old 
US 66 out of Needles into Kingman... you will go thru a little town called 
Oatman which is an old mining town that still lives in the '40's and '50's.  
The old Oatman hotel is still open and is the place that Clark Gable and 
Carole Lombard spent their honeymoon.  Lots of "buckaroo" shops and 
stores...and mostly authentic!

If you decide to come south and have the extra time, go over to Holbrook and 
down into ShowLow and then take the beeline into PHX area.  Much nicer drive 
than down
I-17!  You might be interested to know that their is a gallery here in 
Scottsdale that specializes in old western Movie Posters..:))
