[A/S] Web Page for newbies

Bob and all others,
    I am a member of another list and we have solved this problem by creating a
web page for newbies!!!   It might at first seem like a lot of work and bother,
but it really is a good thing.   We take the most frequently asked questions
and put them there.  They are added to as time passes.  As new questions seem
to be repeated, they are added.  Is there such a web page already in existence
for this list also?
    Perhaps each time a newbie introduces themselves to the list, someone could
instantly refer them to the new web page with their "Welcome Aboard" letter
back.    Just a thought.
    I am a newbie myself and I lurk quite a bit because I know how repetitious
it gets for all you "oldies"!!!   LOL    Sometimes I am afraid to ask a
question because it seems "dumb" or "elementary" and I know it is to you
guys!!!
    Another thing we have done on the other list is we have a web page with
links to all the members' web pages.  A lot of us are in business and how much
nicer it is when we need something to buy from our friends on the list rather
than to have to buy from a "stranger"!!!  I am not good at computers, but
perhaps one of you computer wiz kids can come up with something, or perhaps one
of you who has some idol time can get creative.  LOL
