Hi Kris and Donna,

I sell insurance and one thing I've learned from some of the farmers I talk
to is this: know specifically what you want before hand. When you walk in or
call, calling is easier/better because they know - if they don't get you on
the first go round - you're gone, when you hang up!!  I ask for either the
sales manager or the "fleet rep" - this is what I said "On Thursday I'm
buying a new Excursion, possibly from you!  I'm looking around.  Someone I'm
in contact with just paid $38,500 for a Limited with all the options and
with a diesel - can you do it?  What colors do you have?"
