www.arrl.org has a large collection of ham radio training materials. See my club web page http://www.scarc.networkiowa.com for a brochure with some introductory information. Often clubs will do training sessions, either alone or through the local schools adult education series. I know that is scheduled in Des Moines this fall. 73, Jerry, K0CQ
