Don't be dissappointed Jeff! It takes a while to find the right one- and the right price. I found my 27'Overlander in the middle of a field- in the Mts. of Me. The outside looked good, the inside was awful, but I knew I could handle that part, the under part didn't look too bad, and the price was right $2,500. It pays to look around. Merry
