Seriously, true story.  I test drove my truck after looking at every Super 
Duty in North and South Carolina.  It was the first one I found that had 
*everything* on it I wanted.  Crew cab, 4WD, PSD,leather, bucket seats w/ 
center console, radio inc CD player, NO carpet, etc etc........ but I hated 
the color.  Told the guy it was perfect, but I couldn't live with the 
<<<<RED>>> I wanted a silver truck.

I went home, slept, woke up and couldn't live without the red.  It matched 
the Wally numbers..... it would look great with the silver.

I raced back to the dealer and bought Bruiser.  

That night I had to drive him to town to pick up some boxes because I was 
moving.  Lots of stops and starts.  I was almost in tears.  I hated the 
noise.  The whiney turbo, the growl... I couldn't hear myself think. I 
decided to return it to the dealer in the morning and get a V10.

Got up the next morning and headed back to the dealer, I was cooking along at 
60 mph and fell back in love with the truck.  

Why am I rambling on..... your wife will get used to it... she will love it 
when she sees how well it tows.  I don't even hear it now.
