Got a question for you all. My '60 still has the original style EE series battery. I would like to upgrade my 12V storage. Is it OK to just add a couple of modern batteries to the system (and keep the EE) or do I need to get rid of the EE in order to use the newer batteries? Related question, I have heard that deep cycle batteries will not charge off a tow vehicle's alternator. Does anyone know if this is true? Thanks, Scott Scheuermann
