Gosh, every place I stay has 30 amp service, good water pressure and nice 
management.... and I have only paid $30.00 a night n one place in a year... 
Jackson Hole, WY at the KOA.  

The average I pay is from $15.00 to $20.00.  Sometimes $10.00. If I'm using a 
discount card I can pay as little as $5.00 (RPI) or $6.00 (Coast to Coast.... 
with a little hail storm thrown in)

I did stop at a place off 101... in Benbow.  They wanted $30.00...they had a 
pool, golf course etc etc ...... They also had slots so small I would have 
had to unhook for the night.... and got real testy when I asked if it was 
under the trees cause of the roof dish..... "Buh bye"... I drove another 6-7 
miles and found a lovely spot owned by a young couple.  $17.00 a night in the 
redwoods. Real nice people, let me use the office phone to go online..... 

I find the less expensive places are the ones that don't advertise in 
Woodalls or Trailer Life's books.  They are just small businesses...
Easy to find... cheap and the owners are grateful for the business.
