Original extrusions may only come from Airstream via a dealer or from
those replacing them while rebuilding. Someone on the VAC list bought a
large stuck of various things a couple months ago. Probably still has
it.

There are aluminum extrusions in many home centers and hardware stores
that might be adapted. Aluminum sheet and honeycomb can be bought from
place that sell to home built aircraft builders such as the Aircraft
Spruce Company. They have a web page and large catalog for the asking.
