I bought my 74 Ambassador privately in Ontario. The owner had an ownership that I took to the Ministry to register into my name. Had to pay the taxes on what I paid for the trailer. I'm not sure how you would register a trailer without an ownership from the previous owner. Probably a bill-of-sale would do, but in fact I'm not sure. -- John P Sargeant
