Guess i don't think of security much....turn the dead bolt on door when I am in State Park or boondocking but many times leave the small door that closes the screen on door open and just turn deadbolt. I have a propane detector but every smoke deterctor I ever installed went off everytime I moved the trailer so gave up. When I go down to the sand dunes area of So Cal seldom lock my door......20 years ago didn't lock door in Mexico but sure would now.
