I've seen a great solution to the CB antenna problem. Use the vent for your
refridgerator! There's already a hole going up to the roof which the fridge
uses to vent hot air. Run your coax up inside this space, then out through
the top of the vent and attach to an adjustable lip mount on the outside of
the vent cover! Easy and quick, and NO holes to drill (well, maybe one on
the inside).

A great place to actually permanently mount a CB is along the wall beside
the fridge. Most folks have a 12 volt outlet handy where the TV plugs in
close by.

Buy the shortest, cheapest CB antenna you can find, just make sure it has a
spring base...in case of any close encounters with a tree limb!

I've got one of those window mount jobs. My advice, save your $.
