[a/s] Pre and post lubers (was: re Diesel Engines)

         Which brings up the question- does anyone use a "pre-luber", or 
such? These are available in many kinds. The ones that I like are little 
pressure tanks that get charged with oil while the engine is running, and 
when you shut the engine off, they remain charged. When you next start, 
they pressurize the oil system so you never have a "dry" start (when the 
majority of engine wear occurs).
         They also have "post-luber"- which will continue to provide oil 
pressure after you have shut down (these may be mechanical, though).
