SMujoob comments on what appears to be a window placed in such a manner
that it could not be opened unless the awning
was raised.  That was not the fault of 
Airstream:  the awning had been misplaced!  That probably was not done
at the factory. and it may not have been a ZipDee.  Incidentally,
quality control has 
improved substantially in more recent models IMHO.  Even with whatever
faults
we may have, Airstream is still immeasurably better built that slab-side
other brands.
