That was the fault of AS; the whole thing had been done at he factory.  And 
if you think the quality has gotten better, it must have been heinous before. 
 You should be here with the folks waiting for their rigs to get fixed.  They 
are showing up with flaws that are ridiculous.  There does not seem to be QC 
here at he factory.  I may have missed it on my tours, though.  I have only 
been through the factory twice and will go again and ask about QC: where and 
when.  The folks who work in service are craftsman; the folks in the factory 
are not.  I am here watching and have a pretty good idea about it.
