Here! Here! I felt intimidated against telling the group that my 1966 
Safari Airstream Manual specifically gives tips for cleaning the "vinyl 
asbestos floor tile" that came with the unit.  Will be glad to post scan of 
manual page for those who may not believe.

Most important is the concept that a wood or tile floor is easier to 
maintain than carpeting.  if cuddly and warm is desired than washable throw 
rugs can satisfy any taste.
