Folks:

In the August Highways, the Good Sam publication, there is an article on the 
use of wind turbine power.  This is an expansion on an article in Trailer 
Life a couple years ago that also suggested the use of wind power.  The wind 
turbine seem to be less costly than solar.  As I see it for full time use a 
combo of solar and wind.  I imagine there must be a way to carry the extra 
batteries to store all the power you need.  In the news this week it was 
reported there are fewer electric generating plants then in 1987.  With all 
the devices needing electric, solar and wind power for general household use 
may be the way to go.
