Funny, my 1978 Argosy MH has valves for all, fridge included.  They are not
always located exactly where you expect, though, have to look around a bit. 
After getting confused a couple of times I got out the Dymo tape machine and
labeled them all.

The shut off valve for the fridge on my MH is located directly below the
external hatch that covers the "works" of the fridge.  It is mounted just inside
the angle-iron rail which runs along the bottom edge of the inward-curved
aluminum "skirt" and is thus half hidden from a casual glance.  I have to get
down on the ground and look up to see it properly.
