I can't offer anything on that. We have used several different products over
the years, we always let the blackwater tank fill up nearly full before dumping,
and have never had major problems with it. The nearest to a problem has been
that the sensors for the LED display get crudded up, I have had to hit those
with the wand twice in seven years. Our motor home is on the road quite a bit
most years ... a couple of ten day trips, and many shorter weekend ones. It
averages about 18K miles a year.
I think the coconut oil is added as a lubricant for the slide valves?
