The p-traps are supposed to prevent that ... but they dry out fairly fast if no
water goes down that particular drain for a few days.  Shower is the most likely
culprit if you are staying in campgrounds and using their shower instead of your
own.  A cup or two of water down each drain, before moving out, should fix that
problem.

Unless of course the grey water tank gets full to overflowing, it will overflow
into the shower of course and that does make a nasty smell.  Rinse out after
dumping!

There are special grey water deodorizers, but I suspect a small dose of
Envirochem would do the job.  That stuff is supposed to kill *everything* (see
above, Richard Preston ...).
