Keep in mind too (on this issue) that the quality & speed of ANY
communication is pretty much dependant on the same (or lack thereof) ...
condition & age of local land lines provided by the tele. company in any
given area.  And some, like mine for example, are really p**s poor.  Going
to some things like AT&T @ Home or ISDN "ain't" cheap - unless you can make
some money at it or just have the bucks to burn.
