Well, it seemed to me that if the "bathroom needs work" and the rear skin is 
actually new..... if the bathroom is in the rear... maybe it has either been 
in a wreck or sagged.

I'm playing the Devil's Advocate here.... it might be worth every penny and 
more.  I just think you should have someone more knowledgeable look at it.

I almost bought a trailer once, and the aforementioned motorhome, both would 
have been a huge mistake... fortunately I had people who knew a lot more than 
I do look at them.
