Okay, let me preface this by warning you that my Ex-husband is selling this 
and do read between the lines when he describes things.  Sometimes he thinks 
something is fabulous and I can't believe it!!!  I asked him to describe it 
to me the way I WOULD SEE IT, and not him, lol.  I don't want to sound sexist 
but I've bought vintage cars from men and they will say it has no rust, when 
I see it and it's covered with light rust to where the paint can barely be 
seen through, they say "oh no, unless the rust is all the way through the 
metal, we don't consider it rust!"   My ex is definitely in this mode so do 
ask very detailed questions...lol.  

Here's how he described it:

46 Flying Cloud  (21 ft?)
Interior was redone in the early 60's (I don't know what that means so 
inquire)
No toilet back then
does have a shower
Exterior has minimal flaws
Functions as is
He says it just needs TLC
