[a/s] Flat tire on single axle 65 Safari

My airstream is sitting in my yard and I just saw that she has a flat tire, I 
have no idea where to place the jack to jack it up and because I'm taking her 
on the road next month I guess I'll put new tires on.  She's a single axle 
and I'm so afraid that perhaps the skid bars have lost their strength over 
time, I was thinking about perhaps putting those tires on that are half 
air/half rubber and don't go flat all the way.  I think Goodyear makes them, 
has anyone had experience with those, if so, what do you think of them.  

My experience with radials is that when they go they shred and can do lots of 
body damage, what do you recommend for my vintage rig.

Please give me your feedback, ya'll are on the road much more than I....
