Let me add to that...  *my* first trailer was a 1994.... I had no problems 
with it...my this trailer is a 1996 and I have also had no problems.  Sure, a 
few hincky little things, but it gets a lot of use and spends a lot of time 
actually going down the road so I have nothing to gripe at Airstream about.

It seems my skylight was screwed in too tight as the corners broke...also my 
fantasic fan but they(FF) gave me a new inside when they replaced the cover.

It's so odd that some new trailers are obviously well made and others are 
crap.

Maybe someone who builds them hates the company and deliberately builds them 
in a shoddy fashion.  I tknow, I know that sounds paranoid... but just 
because you're paranoid doesn't mean people aren't out to get you (c:  

I think they should trace back and see who finished all the ones that are 
having problems... maybe it's just a lousy worker.
