Hi Frank,

I would change a counter top and the sofa bed fabric.  I would stay true to 
the year.... IOW use fabric of the times but in colors I like.

Yes, I think people will always treat themselves to their vacation.
Instead of taking a trip to Hawaii for two weeks, it might be more appealing 
to buy a trailer and see the USA they can drive to.

Gas is expensive, but the baby boomers have more money than ever before... In 
my experience baby boomers like retro things...
because of that I think "comfort stuff" like camping will become more 
popular... the price of gas be dammed.
