Good question, I asked the same one to the designers.  It's a double wall, 
thay all are.  The inside is aluminum, full off rivets etc... so it looks 
like you are looking at the inside of the outside wall... but you are not.  
There is lots of insulation between the walls... so they tell me.

Bill Scott, from Texas, an expert on vintage trailers determined that this 
trailer is a 1954 18' Globetrotter... just yesterday.  Seems no one knew what 
it was.  Jim Weston polished it in Oklahoma. 

They are talkinmg with Thor to possibly have a new line of Airstreams with 
similar interiors... even asked me to fill out a questionaire.

The interior in the "show model" is way too expensive (they have turned down 
$100,000. !!!) Personally I think their vision will appeal to a lot of baby 
boomers, not those who like the luxurious interiors found in new 
Airstreams... more of a retro look.  Minimalist.

This from their brochure: This project is not intended to be a fantasy. "The 
average age of the first time travel trailer buyer is 64 years old." Huff 
says. (I say, "?")  "A lot of manufactureres fail to realize that there is a 
huge audience in their 20s and 30s (surfers, snowboarders, moto-cross racers 
and mountain bikers) that would buy trailers that looked cool and suited 
their active lifestyles.  We have reinvented a classic so that it appeals to 
this new generation."

I asked Jim Huff what they reaction has been... he said 95 percent favorable. 
 More than I would have expected frankly.

I love it.... makes me want to buy a shell.........
