Thanks for the input Lee. The Univolt is slightly warm, not hot and has a
faint hum so I guess it is getting 110V. I noticed there are 4 or 5 plug in
type fuses on the open end of the Univolt and they appear ok.  I am going to
try a new battery and see if it works and retains its charge. If not I will
know it is the Univolt I guess.
