LOL, I can hook up the first time everytime... *if* no one is 
watching/helping.

One thing that really helps is opening the back window of the truck cap.  
Then I start backing and get out... I need to see two things, 1. am I backing 
centered so the bar is aimed at the hitch and 2. if the hitch hole is the 
right height.  I get in and back up more, checking both things again... if 
all is right I have it.
