Hi -

We just pulled in to the Creekside Campground in Edinburg, VA.  What the last campground was short of 
these folks are long on.  Run by a retired man and his son, they are very pleasant and friendly.  The 
campgrounds are alongside a creek  --   hey!  --  which young kids were swimming in until it began to rain 
when hey all went inside.  Guess they were afraid of getting wet.  ;o)

It is $19 a night here with an additional $2 for cable TV.  The old guy talked me into it pretty easily.  We 
won't need the air conditioner as there is a coolness with the rain and a good breeze.  There is a footbridge 
across the creek into town which is on a bluff across from us, maybe 30' away.  There is a shop which has 50 
different kinds of home made fudge and coffee, so I guess that the Admiral and I will cross over to satisfy her 
sweet tooth after a reasonable period of time has passed from dinner.  Then, TV tonight.  First time in almost 
a month.  I wonder if I will still recognize the actors.

The dogs are mellow as we stopped by three in the afternoon.  Ann is mellow as we stopped by three in the 
afternoon.  Me, too.

Tomorrow will be the Shenandoah Caverns.  The fellow who runs the campground says he has been to all of 
them and this is the best.  He says that Luray advertises more, but the Shenandoah is better, " . . . and that is 
not just because it is in the same county.  It is better."  I won't be able to compare as we won't see both.

A man ios coming down to check the transmission for a leak.  Seems the pan gasket is leaking.  He gets $35 an 
hour and the hosts here say he os good and honest.  I have a lot banking on these hosts, I hope they are good 
and honest.  ;o)

Anyway, that's it from Edinburg, VA for now.  Hope all you folks out there in the ether are having a good 
time with your AS whatever you are doing.  Fixing it, using it, planning a trip in it or unpacking it.  Whatever 
works for you.
