I cant speak for all, but I have a 1973 31' Soverign International.  I have 
the rear bath and the twin parallel beds in the center.  There is absolutely 
no tail droop in my particular vehicle.  I do have the benefit of knowing 
that the previous owners took particular care to not travel filled with 
water.  They felt this would help prevent the tail droop. (is this 
true??--anyone know?)  I like having the bath in the rear as it offers a bit 
more privacy to those in the bath area, than if they were centrally located 
in the vehicle.  Just my two cents worth.
Also, I would add that while my vehicle would be considered 'old' by today's 
standards, I can also tell you that everything on this 27 year old beauty 
remains functional.  I tinker now and then, but I am not a mechanic by 
anymeans, and it just continues to perform with grace and beauty.  I hope you
