"Processing" is done by whatever image-processing software you are using, and
you can print the results yourself with almost any color printer ... of course
the quality of the result depends on the quality of the printer, but some rather
good ones are now available at reasonable cost.  If you are fulltiming or want
to print "on the road" then the size of the printer is also a consideration.

As for "how do they turn out" ... subject to the above (quality of printer) if
you don't like the result, you can tinker until you get a result you do like ...
