We just installed this flooring in our 32' 1985 Excella.

It looks GREAT.  According to the package water is not supposed to be
harmful, but I see by John's note that he has seen much damage in regard to
the water.  Hmmmm??  Anyway, we also have a dog, we put a rug down and that
is where she stays.  We are not worried about the scratching as she is not
in the trailer long enough for us to worry about it.  Besides she is
natured where when we tell her to lay...she stays put!

SAND, however I have been told can be harmful to it.  So I am constantly
sweeping, and using those new fandangled (is that really a word?), swifter
things that picks up the dust.  Works pretty well.

It is BEAUTIFUL in our trailer and we have had SEVERAL compliments.  One
thing I will say, put rugs down, as it is cold on the old tootsies, when
getting up in the night!
