That's where the exhaust brake comes in handy.  It is a BIG help in keeping
engine revs under control.  Without one, second or even first may be needed.
Also, adjust the gain on the trailer brake control so that a lot of the
Bruiser's brakes (4 wheel discs) are doing their part.  Good luck!
