  It takes patience and savvy managing and moderating such an active list. 
I don't know how Hunter does it - plus fulltiming at the same time... It's
tricky for us while fulltiming to stay on top of our list mail. We ran round
frantically earlier this winter at times in Florida trying to find a place to
hook up the laptop so we could send & receive e-mail.  Early in Feb. we heard
about something called PocketMail which made e-mail available at almost any
phone & was cheap. That did it. We then were not happy 'til we were able to
find and buy the P'Mail unit. For those wanting info on P'Mail the website

  Until ALL parks realize that having a dedicated phone line for e-mail/laptop
access is as necessary as payphones for travelers our PocketMail device is our
lifeline. We no longer have the frustration of not finding a laptop hook-up
site at various parks, looking for MailBox, Kinkos, etc... 
  P'Mail won't help Hunter out, though, to manage the List. I wish there were
a better solution for you, Hunter  :c(
