Re: [a/s] Silver Palace in the Air
On the fender skirts.....my trailer has a little slot
groove thing that runs over the tire wells. A long
skirt slides into it. So basically you have a canvas
flap that protects both tires on each side, I have the
tandem axles. If you have the little holder slot, you
can have the skirt made. I had to have mine replaced
as they were worn out when I bought the trailer, (the
original vinyl tire skirts). The new canvas ones, I
had done at an upholstery shop, and they have done a
fine job. I don't know if all aluminum trailers have
the skirts or not??? Anybody know???
You can also go to Isleys in downtown Mesa, for
reasonable prices. They are usually pretty well
stocked. There you can find the individual tire
covers, which will also work. And also there is a
Camping World out off of Hwy 60 and Mesa Drive. In
Chandler you should definitely cover your tires!
Especially when they are already expecting 100 by
Wednesday. We have a vacation home up in Alpine, so we
are at the other extreme. Cold Cold Cold.......
I'll send the RV site to you, by your E-Mail, there
you will find the beautiful Avion 5th wheel.......
