Please don't be discouraged. There are still parks
that you can get into. People should be aware however
of this growing trend!! Imagine us with a totally
restored Silver Streak in beautiful condition, being
turned away because of the age of our trailer. Why
should I go out and by a new 75 thousand dollar
Airstream just so I can stay at a "new" park with all
the facilities. And imagine as well we are both under
55, and we have been turned away from many, many parks
because of our age as well! Very discouraging. This
may be more of a problem because we live in Arizona,
part of the Southwest, I don't know...But I see it
more and more.
With the price of gas, and these new restricted parks,
and the price of parks now-a-days, I am beginning to
think that RVing IS a becoming a thing of the past! Or
only for the very very rich! Sad but true.
