No.  You can read the details in the front of your TL campground guide, or any
of the major road atlases.  Propane-fueled vehicles are explictly banned from
certain tunnels (and bridges and roads).  In some of those places they will let
a propane-carrying RV through after inspecting it to make sure the propane tanks
are securely mounted and the valves are shut off.  But if you are travelling up
and down the eastern seaboard there are some places you can't go with propane.
