That same rule (trucks only in the righthand lane, or right two lanes) is also
in effect on at least some of the interstates in various Eastern states as
well.  Some of them also say explicitly NO CAMPERS in the "hammer lane" ... that
can be entertaining in hilly country when SLOW trucks are trying to pass one
another ...
