More and more companies are offering this option on the Internet.  We can 
access both our Mastercard and Visa on line,  and since we know the 'closing 
date' for each, it would be easy to check at the appropriate time and 
instruct them to debit our checking account.  We already pay our light bill 
this way.  I really don't think it is necessary to get a third party 
involved.
