I had a terrible time after we got our '92 34' Excella.  I kept getting 
terrific headaches, sinus problems, etc.  I could not figure out what is was. 
 Finally I remembered the pervious owners had pets and had also been to 
Mexico in the trailer.  So after much vacuuming, and cleaning, the problem 
got better.  Still have trouble with the heater but with a humidifier in 
place when it is on that seems to help.  You might do as suggested, remove 
all cushion, curtains, etc., and then slowly replace them.
