Having just received my WBCCI package today , I can tell you how mine were
chosen... The regional group handled my application and I had asked to keep
the old numbers   (3 digit #) and he explained that they were reserving 3
digit #s for officiers which was OK with me... He asked if any other # was
of significance to me and with him checking the book and me grabbing at
birthdays etc, we came up with 3016 which are the birthdays of the girls in
the family.... He said the next step was a call to Ohio and thats the number
that came today....

An earlier post from another list member had advised me this was the
procedure and that was confirmed by todays mail....Numbers that have been
abandoned are reassigned to new applicants on request...
