Hi Annette,
I'll also be in Arizona in March visiting my brother.  However, you should head
a little south, to Bisbee (south of Tucson) to visit the Shady Dell campground,
where you can stay in any one of the Airstreams they have restored.  There used
to be a web address for them... does anyone have it?
