Call their 800 #... They were sending offers out at $12.00... My wife
applied at $12.00 and I applied at $19 and Good Sam sent back two packages
asking for the money... they arrived at pretty much the same time and Mary
got on the phone.... We just got our sticker for the card and the rest of
the adds.... First year at $12.00
