[a/s] What is it?

Hi,
For some unknown reason, I never noticed this before, (have had the trailer
for a month) but on the street side near the back of the trailer above the
water heater  there is a small aluminum fixture on the side about 2 inches
high and 1 inch deep  that sticks out. It has what looks like 2 small red
lights that face the front of the trailer. I didn't see anything in the
owners manual about it.  It looks like it was factory installed. Anyone know
what I'm trying to describe??
