My old trailer (1994) had the fridge on the door side like yours.  My this 
trailer has the furnace on the door side and the fridge on the street side.

Just open your door and see if it blocks any intake/exhaust openings. I doubt 
yours will with the fridge on the door side.

On some trailers the door does block the furnace exhaust.... I just can't 
imagine runing the furnace and leaving the door open.  Just opening and 
closing it shouldn't be a problem.
