When you visit the trailer go to the rear and grab the back bumber and 
pull up.  If the bumper moves and the body of the trailer does not you 
have a problem.  It could be one of two conditions, maybe both.  The 
frame is actually sagging from the wheels on back or the the connectin 
braces that hold the body of trailer to the frame have rusted out.  Both 
are correctable, however,  at a price.   You should also notice a gap or 
space between where the rear bumber housing and body meet.  Also look 
inside the trailer at top of divider wall section and see if gaps or 
spaces exist between top of panel and ceiling/wall.  Another sign of 
sagging.
