Thanks to all who responded to my questions about the A/S we are going to
look at today..... I am much better informed now and have a better idea of
what to look for.  It is a '71 27' rear bath, center double bed.  Has had
$2000 of work in past 18 month or so with receipts. (new water heater, new
water pump, furnace cleaned , new tires, wheel bearing checked and packed,
new converter)  It has 3 awnings and an electric hitch jack.  Has the
equalizer hitch and bars also. It has hardwood floors. All appliances are
supposed to work. It also has a TV and microwave.  Shell is in good
condition, with only one small crease at the bottom of one side. Comes with
all original manuals and paperwork.

The negatives are the front couch/bed is missing and the fridge has been
replaced with an electric only.  Also it is a little longer than we had
originally wanted (22'-24').  I think it can be had for about $4500 (maybe a
little less)  I wonder if this is in the ballpark if the condition is as it
was described to me?
