I had a pole crimp once and some nice man in the airstream park in Lacey 
helped remove the pole, got on his bicycle and rode down the road to a 
friend's metal fabricating shop/garage where they heated it a little and 
straightened it out.  Don't know what I would have done as it wouldn't close 
up until it was fixed.  Has worked fine since then.  This is a little 
appreciating note to all those great a/s folks who have always offered help 
and friendship.
